MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026

INTRODUCTION

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made on behalf of Fundraise & Recycle Ltd pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

OUR BUSINESS

At Fundraise & Recycle Ltd, we are dedicated to combating modern slavery and ensuring ethical practices in all aspects of our business. We are a textile recycling business headquartered in the UK, with a focus on exporting to the EU. Our core activities include fundraising through clothing collections and recycling, particularly via door-to-door collections and clothes banks. Our close collaborations with schools enable us to engage in impactful fundraising initiatives.

Our business structure is designed to uphold transparency and responsibility. We maintain a hands-on approach, working closely with schools and communities to drive our fundraising efforts. Our operations involve collecting unwanted clothing through door-to-door campaigns and clothes banks, redirecting these items for recycling or reuse.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Our commitment to ethical practices extends throughout our supply chain. We collaborate exclusively with partners who share our values and adhere to stringent ethical standards. This includes assessing suppliers’ practices to mitigate the risk of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking.
